After a short flight, you’ll be picked up in Eilat and taken swiftly across the border into the Kingdom of Jordan. Travel to Petra - a whole city carved into the red-hued desert cliffs 2,300 years ago. See every jaw drop in front of the marvelous Petra Treasury, then feel like Indiana Johns in the nearby temples and tombs.
After a pampering night at a great Petra hotel, you'll head back to the Archeology Park for a day of exploring, hiking, great local food, and much more. This is your opportunity to see the dazzling beauty of Ad Deyr - the Petra Monastery, located at the end of a mountain trail with amazing views.

The tour starts with a transfer from Ramon Airport near Eilat to the Arava border, After swiftly crossing into Jordan, we'll take a 2.5-hour ride past breathtaking desert and mountain scenery.
When we arrive in Petra you can choose to enter the famous lost city on foot or on horseback. We’ll tour Petra, a splendid archaeological site dating back about 2,300 years to when the Nabataean people carved their city right out of the red-hued rock cliffs.
You'll see the mysterious Djinn Blocks, the Obelisk Tomb, and all the jaws will drop in front of Al-Khazneh - the magnificent Petra Treasury. Then continue to the amazing Royal Tombs. This intricate complex of burial combines interesting architecture with great views, as some of the tombs are several stories high. You can also take lovely shots in the Colonnaded street, and explore the Petra Theater.
After breakfast, you’ll have the day to explore and discover Petra to your heart’s content.
The prime attraction Is Al Dayr - The Petra Monastery. This incredible structure is located on a nearby hill, and the way there is stunning.
Then enjoy mesmerizing landmarks such as the Petra Great Temple with its columns and decorations, see the ancient Byzantine Church, visit Qasr Al Bint Temple - thought to be a palace built for the biblical Pharaoh's daughter, and check out the Mysterious Urn Tomb.
Find handmade gifts at the local Bedouin Market, hike along the towering cliffs, and take amazing pictures of the entire site. Many visitors like to finish their day at the Petra Museum, to learn how these splendid relics shaped Nabatean culture over time.

Tourists crossing the border into Jordan from Israel are required to have a visa. The tour company will assist you in the border crossing process, which could take over an hour. While making its best to speed up the procedure, the company isn't responsible for rare, unexpected delays.
